The following are instructions for those who prefer to mail their youth registration forms to the Sooke Soccer Club.

Documentation
All registrations must be accompanied by a completed volunteer agreement (one per family).
New players to the Sooke Soccer Club - please fill out the registration form completely and provide a photo copy of the players’ birth certificate for the club’s records.
Returning players need only fill out player name, phone number, and any information that has changed since last season, and sign the registration form. Please include your email address if available.
Fees and Deposits
Registrations fees, due for each player (by year of birth / age group), are found on the registration form.
A $10.00 discount applies for multiple registrations from the same family. The fee for each registration beyond the first is reduced by $10.00.
Payment
Three separate cheques are required:
1. Fees – payment (cash/cheque) for the total fees for all youth registration forms submitted. May be postdated to September 1, 2010
2. Volunteer deposit – two deposits - $50.00 each, postdated to
December 31, 2010 and April 30, 2011

3. Uniform deposit – a $50.00 deposit (per player). Postdated to April 30, 2011
