Thank you for addressing my previous comments.
Although it is appreciated we have the Lower Island Coaches, I was looking for more along the lines of a coach mentor from our club to assist with whole teams and coaches, not just individual players that show to these Lower Island hosted practices.
And, with regards to the practice schedule, I still feel we need to accomodate our young athletes and keep the 6-7pm slot open till all the U9-U12 (boys and girls)teams have their time slots. Wit…h 6-12 slots needed for these teams at this present time, it looks like these times slots would be full.
By the way field 3c is usually knee deep in water and is difficult to facilitate a practice for young kids.

I would like to see the club orginize it so the younger younger athletes, U9, U10, u11 ect., have the first pick on the earlier time slots for their practices. Times of 6-8pm last year were filled by the older age groups. Also, last year the schedule for practices were in 1 hour time slots, but in efforts to elliminate un-used field time, I propose a schedule that is by the half hour instead?
I also propose a coach circulate through the younger teams to introduce and apply new skills or tec…hniques throughout the year, just as Jay did with the older teams. It is important that we take the time with our younger developing athletes, just as we do with the older ones.
